I grew up in Southwest Missouri with art in my blood, a camera in my hand, and a soundtrack that was decidedly better than most. Raised on the creative influence of my mama and grandmother and inspired by the likes of Bowie and the Fab Four, I learned early that making shit is a pretty damn good way to make sense of the world.

What started with a love of drawing grew into an obsession with photography, music, design, nature, and anything else that could be turned into something beautiful, strange, or slightly dangerous. More than a decade spent working across different mediums taught me to see the details others often miss: balance, symmetry, composition, texture, and that elusive moment when something just hits. I really feel that i’ve mastered the art of noticing beauty in everything, and I LOVE sharing what I see.

I studied photography in Sweden and eventually built and ran a successful photography business for over a decade. These days, I’ve traded the camera for needles, pigments, and an ever-growing collection of ideas, bringing all those years of artistic training into the worlds of permanent cosmetics and traditional tattooing. where you’ll see nods to Scandinavian folk art in a lot of my work.

I love helping people feel like the most unapologetic version of themselves. Whether that means enhancing the face they were born with, putting something badass on their skin, or turning a house into a home with a little more soul.

Beauty doesn’t have to be boring. Art doesn’t have to behave. And you definitely don’t have to take yourself too seriously. I sure as shit don’t ;)
